It seems the more you often you order from them, the less free
shipping they offer. I have two email addresses registered with them
and the one I normally use to order with got an announcement of the
new catalog with no offer of free shipping at all. The one I almost
never use to order with got the same announcement along with the free
shipping on $25 code.
