Default Bridgeport with Futaba Pulscale DRO... need help

Does anyone have a manual for the 2 axis CJ model of the Futaba
Pulscale DRO? I move mine to new shop and it seems like a multiplier
parameter has been lost. The scale still counts but if you dial in
.2" it reads .00400". Does anyone know how to get into the parameters
of this thing? All I've ever done is turn it on and use it! Thanks
-Rick

Did you ever get any info on this? I just bought a mill with a Futaba CJ, it's a model CJ2004, and it's doing the EXACT same thing.

And of course, there are no manuals to be found anywhere.
