The special education teacher is now called
a Collaborative Teacher and hangs out in the teachers' lounge or office
doing pretty much nothing, except, of course, coordinating the sports
teams and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the African-American
talent shows. He stops at the door about once a month and says, "Hi,
how're ya doing?" No special services for the children whose
Individualized Education Plan legally require 50 minutes per day of
services in math from the Collaborative Teacher.

This guy ought to be hauled into courd for fraud, non-perfomance
of his duties or whatever it is called in your state. There
should be ZERO tolerance for teachers who aren't working!
