Default Molded foam parts

It seems like some pvc could either be sprayed or sloshed inside the
mold. Any color desired. Multiple coats for thickness adjustments. Maybe
a color coat of pvc backed up with some other more rigid resin then
after that is cured a blast of the two part urethane for shape
retention.
It may also be that the outer skin is vacuum formed over a male mold and
the urethane is added for hardness
