Consider: Almost ANY job can be trained for by age 25.
Almost of that training & learning in less than 6 years (doctors pay a bit
more for OJT). And much before the age of 14 is pretty much
wasted.
After age 30 or so minds go downhill even for the best.

Such a limit .... limits the results.
