Default OT any watch recommendations?

--I use the Casio Data Bank 150. Now here's the trick: toss the
plastic band and go to a watch shop and get a metal one. I like the ones
with the fold-over-itself latch, whatever it's called, but meaning one that
won't fall off of my arm if it comes undone. Adding the mass of a realtively
heavy band makes it easier to shake the thing to proper position, if you see
what I mean..
