Default Interesting home project for machinists

Would you like to build a tactical knife using your milling machine to mill
the flats on the blade?

I have a book that has step by step detailed instructions and pictures of
each step involved in making the complete knife and sheath listed on my web
site here. http://home.rgv.rr.com/donrob

Click on "Making a Tactical Knife".

Of course, this project involves other machinery, such as a belt sander in
addition to the milling machine. If you have a well equipped home machine
shop, it's a fun weekend project for you. It might even get you started on a
new hobby.

I'll be happy to answer any questions about the book and it's suitability
for your shop here on the list, or directly by email.
