There are tons of folks on ebay ready to bid without any serious intent to pay.
I have noticed that very stupid auctions attract them. Unfortunately, common
auctions also get some of those.

Yeah, I've really wondered on some of them. But sometimes I've seen some
high feedback buyers paying stupid prices...

I've always gotten paid for stuff I've sold, tool and vintage Ducati
buyers have so far been real decent folks to deal with.
