Selling anything on eBay for less than about $20 is a net loss for the
seller. You might be better off keeping them in a drawer or selling them at a local yard sale. Grant Erwin wrote: wrote: Let me try one more time here before Ebay. $20 for all plus ship. Ron, your prices are ridiculous. Put them on ebay, if you have a credit card and an ebay seller's account and can figure out how. You'll get a real education. Grant |

Yes, but when nobody bid or they bid it up to only $1 or so (all that a few used no-name lathe bits are worth) then the OP would realize that he isn't MSC and can't charge their prices and maybe (hopefully) stop bugging us. - GWE |

Ron Me thinks Ron isnt aware of the real world and how a bit of judious shopping can make it really affordable. Reliable Tools sells the same sort of thing..for $4 a pound. Just one source, of hundreds Gunner "Pax Americana is a philosophy. Hardly an empire. Making sure other people play nice and dont kill each other (and us) off in job lots is hardly empire building, particularly when you give them self determination under "play nice" rules. Think of it as having your older brother knock the **** out of you for torturing the cat." Gunner |

Ron Ron, It's not that your prices aren't reasonable if one is buying new, from a dealership. They ask, and get, those prices. Luckily for those of us that have home shops, there are sources that sell equipment for bargain prices. I can't speak for others, but if I had to pay full price for my provisions, I'd likely abandon my machines now that I've retired. Harold |
