Value of McMaster, MSC et al catalogs
Wanted to fork off into a sept thread.
My $.02: - as long as one knows what (s)he wants, ordering off a website is the easiest - problem is, not everyone knows all the 10000000 types of devices/tools/HW/gizmos that are made these days - with that in mind, Cats are great - of course, there're also those slower Sat mornings when one can have a cup'o'tea and flip those pages, drooling and daydreaming .... and also learning in progress - I had no difficulties obtaining MSC catalog ... Even though I order mostly from McMaster (by 50x margin), I simply can not imagine a larger catalog than MSC's . Anyway, MSC's cat, combined with Enco's, Grizzly's, give me all info I need on today's state of everything-metalworking. - I'd still like to have a 1 PDF file with McMaster's cat - is there a way to DL one ? |
