Default FS: some kind of power hammer, cheap

Not mine, just ran across it today in Craigslist and thought someone on
this list might be interested:

Not sure what a "buggy spring" type power hammer might be, but sounds
like something useful to us metal-heads. Might be worth a call or look
if you are in the general area. No room at my house for it, though.
