I'm familiar with the stack effect whereby heated indoor air rises up
towards the ceiling and out. But, I seem to have the reverse happening where air is rushing into my basement; a reverse stack effect, if you will. Anyone heard of this, suffer from this, have a solution for this???? Thanks |
