These people act like every landlord is Warren Buffett. Lots of them
are just regular people trying to scratch out a living renting a
couple of properties. They still have bills and mortgage payments that
did not get stopped. Most of these renters with deferred rent will
never pay them back and will skip owing them thousands of dollars.
Will the CDC do anything for them?
The rental properties may get sold to owner occupants, just to cover
the bills, taking available rentals off the market. Then what will
renters do besides pay more?
I know when given the opportunity to rent my condo, I just sold it. I
did not need the hassle.
