after an exhausting 24 hour man-hunt.
This master of stealth and disguise - caught on security cam -
- was wanted for breaking into a police car that was parked
beside the police station, and stealing the duty bag
blank tickets & such

Stratford City Council are considering a ban on funny hats -

That's strange. Where I live they passed an ordinance requiring every
person to wear a unique hat, so when he breaks the law, they can find
him from the surveillance photo.
