moving in by the droves to California while young people with less money
are bailing out to states such as Texas, Arizona and Nevada, a report
from the states Legislative Analysts Office revealed Wednesday.

My neighbors from Puerto Rico told me the same about Puerto Rico. Poor
could not afford to leave and rich did not need to.
