Cops fire 84 shots at robbery suspect, hit him once: police
Trained police officers, people who are supposed to be able to hit the
broadside of a barn with a firearm, fire 84 shots at a robbery suspect and only hit him once. Combat changes the entire marksmanship dynamic. On can be an excellent paper puncher or clay bird shooter but everything changes when you are shooting at something that shoots back. Cops fire 84 shots at robbery suspect, hit him once: police NY Daily News http://tinyurl.com/ofb79d2 We are not just talking about schools, but also churches, movie theaters, concerts, beaches (has anyone done that yet), play houses, day care centers, night clubs, shopping malls, places of work, etc. Get the semiautomatic weapons out of circulation, reduce the body count, make it as difficult as possible for civilians to get their hands on these weapons. -- "In matters of conscience, the law of the majority has no place." If trained cops can't hit a shooter under siege, then imagine how dangerous for the teacher's pupils it will be when faced with an AR15 popping off at her/him. The teacher's bullets will quite possibly kill or maim several of the pupils. A handgun v an AR15....no contest surely! An awful responsibility to place on a teacher. -- Bod |

I can't wait to see the lawsuit when a "legally" armed teacher "accidentally" kills a student during a mass shoot incident also can't wait for boris to put his spin on such an incident |

If you knew anything about guns you'd realize that. You've never fired a gun and have NO experience with firearms yet you're an expert because you watched John Wayne in cowboy gunslinging Western movies where a 6 shot revolver fires 20 times before needing reloading. I find the people who got their firearms training from watching Hollywood movies to be very amusing. Geez! o_O [8~{} Uncle Observant Monster |

I hope you were shooting them in the eye. Ya don't wanna ruin the meat by hitting them in the body. I remember one of the last times a butcher came out to the farm. He wasn't supposed to let my folks have the head. Lead poisoning. He somehow forgot it on the back porch of his butcher shop. |

In article , says... Many cops are not trained very well. Only good enough to qualify on paper once a year. I actually saw some of them at the gun club setting up gallon milk jugs at 21 feet, taking slow aim and missing them. Saw another taking a 30/06 rifle he bought to go deer hunting. At 25 yards he could not keep 5 rounds on a target the size of a man from his hips up. Blimey! You may not know about Barney and his bullet the sheriff makes him carry his one bullet in his pocket. This is from a TV show in the US about a small town sheriff and his depuity. Hate to say it,but it is supose to take place in the state I live in. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQBhUzEsO-Y Ha ha. That's funny. -- Bod |
