So now you are labeling all US students as stupid just because they have
a different opinion to you. They are frightened of being shot, listen to
them and try to understand their reasoning. Put yourself in their shoes.



Their reasoning is clear but their inexperience prevents them from
seeing the larger societal problems. Do you really believe firearms
are the root cause? Do you believe a firearm is capable of producing a
homicidal sociopath or is there a greater rot?

No, but the ridiculous amount of gun availability and the ease that most
US citizens have access to them creates a deadly problem.
Especially the lax attitude applied to gun laws and semi-autos etc.
Hence the virtually weekly mass shootings.
