Best Whole House humidifier?
Hey guys,
My house has one of the advantageous whole house humidifiers I suspect very much. Is there a special and good humidifier that I can install professionally? In Home Depot homeowners, most people's comments claim they do not work very well. I never seem to reach the house for more than 25-30 degrees Last edited by Prada : December 11th 17 at 03:15 PM |

Looking at Home depot most people's reviews state that they don't work very well. Mine never seems to get the house higher than 25-30 degrees -- Prada Aprilaire I have one, very happy with it. Whenever the question gets asked here, I've seen others say the same thing. I'd also recommend getting one that includes an outside temp sensor so it automatically reduces the humidity set point as the temp outside drops. I have the 760 model, I think that's the number. It easily maintains 40% in a 3200 sq ft house. |

However, best I can do is 35%. Reducing the humidity manually as the outside temp goes down is a PITA. Definitely get one with an outside temp sensor. |

Â* I have a 6 quart pan of water sitting on my wood burning stove . Fill it once a day and the humidity on my house (~1500 sf on one level) stays between 40% and 50% . No professional installation needed ... Â* -- Â* Snag |

I like burnt toast from a wood fired pot-belly stove While you have the hot wood coals - go with a caveman steak. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xrtJ6CQPf-c&lc=z23qdttqtzuixnzksacdp434p15ozgokx2jqtrnhdrdw0 3c010c |
