Default Replacing chair spring?

Leather swivel recliner with broken sinuous spring. Measures 17" out but
the ones still in measure 19" stretched. What size do I buy and will a
trampoline spring puller suffice to stretch it? Have looked at a few
YouTube clips on this but they are all for attaching to wooden frame, this
chair has them attached to a tubular metal frame with canvas type loops
holding the springs.
