electrician for help, they think it's too expensive or, they can just

room and/or cause further damage to their homes/small business
electrical system, because they didn't know WTF they were doing and
tried anyway.

Here's an easier one.. How about the people who talk/text on their
cell phones while driving? They're causing more accidents in a
shorter period of time than drunk drivers!

I wonder how many times a ladder is blamed for someone getting hurt
that had no business on that ladder in the first place.
