Default Wiring Job, Yippee!

I did my first wire running job (sort of) in about two years. I have a 32" LED TV on a small dresser across from the foot of my hospital bed. The TV has 3 HDMI inputs and 3.5 mm stereo audio output. I got 15 foot HDMI and a 3..5 mm stereo extension cables so I can hook the TV to my Chromebook and plug in my earphones to the TV. I ordered self adhesive plastic cable clips from Amazon along with cables. My bed is against the wall on the side of the room with the window and through the wall HVAC unit. The bottom of the window sill is 27" from the floor so I put cable clips on the wall one foot apart and 27" from the floor on the L shaped coroner of the walls around from the TV to my bed. I can now send video from the 11.1" Chromebook to a 32" screen and I can watch TV without disturbing my roommate with my earphones connected to the TV. I do have a neat little Bluetooth dongle that I can plug into the TV and listen with my Bluetooth headset but the headset doesn't completely cover my ears like the wired full ear coverage recording studio type earphones I also have. I would have been unable to do this a month ago and making a cable run from a wheelchair and crawling around on a bed isn't the easiest thing in the world to do either but I did it! Yay! I have more projects in mind, wish me luck. ヽ(€¢€¿€¢)ノ

First, kind words to Uncle Monster. Nice to get
at least a little ability back.

Side not to CB, my guess is UM answer will be
measured in feet, hours, and urinals.

He brought me the HDMI cable several months ago. That was enough help, besides, I want to do things for myself. I've been parking my wheelchair farther away from the bed so I must get to it without assistance. Perhaps someday you'll be in the same situation but I won't make fun of you for your misfortune the way some people might. ヽ(€¢€¿€¢)ノ

Thanks CB, I appreciate any kind words. I want to be walking unassisted in 2016. I was just on the phone with one of the guys I worked with installing networks. The guys are getting covered up with work again and I'm frustrated as "HECK" because I can't get out there and help. I doing pretty well in a walker without knee braces but I must put break dancing practice on hold for now. ヽ(€¢€¿€¢)ノ

Thanks Tony. I've never been so frustrated in my life except when I was a young man chasing girls. I didn't understand how much trouble they were at the time. They get away from me now by simply walking up some stairs. I have the drive and the desire to get back on my feet and I will because I've been laying around long enough. It passed time to get back to work. ヽ(€¢€¿€¢)ノ

Stormy, I'll have you know that I've become one of the foremost ex-spurts on urinals. It may pee difficult at times to use one of them but it's very full-filling to do a good job. My experience is something I'm not gonna **** away. ヽ(€¢€¿€¢)ノ

You should add some Bluetooth speakers to your wheelchair.

I have the little Bluetooth dongle I can plug into the TV and select a music TV channel then use a battery powered Bluetooth sound bar on the side of the wheelchair. My Chromebook has Bluetooth builtin and I've taken my Bluetooth headset way down the hall and still had a clear signal. I listen to streaming talk radio and can put on the headset and listen to programming when I go to the bathroom. Lately, I take my 7" tablet to the bathroom where I used to take a novel or the newspaper. I've been told I'm full of crap so I need something to read when I'm sitting on the waste disposal unit. ヽ(€¢€¿€¢)ノ
