A poster here mentioned being related or knowing the wife. Curious if
she gets some time in the pokey? No mention of her or her
participation in luring the teen in.

That's me. She's one of my cousins. She testified about what went down
in exchange for not being charged. I'm sure it was easier for her to
reach that decision when she heard the interview recordings of Markus
throwing her under the bus by blaming it all on her. She played a
role, but Markus' story was that she bullied him into arming himself,
then going outside and shooting. Nuh-uh. Markus was a loudmouth bully.
Their neighbors were afraid of him. He ran outside one time and pulled
on a guy doing lawn work.

No time but the family is bringing a civil suit against the pair. She's
included on the basis if she didn't egg him on she didn't do anything to
prevent it.
