Default Whel chair stove

Does anyone make a low height stove, with
open space under the range so a person in
wheel chair can get his (her) legs under
the range top? So that a low travelling
person can cook on four burners?

Perhaps yes:

chair in sight) discussing the matter:

You can also buy a cooktop and install it at whatever height you want.
Same thing with an oven.
