I had a quick glance at one of the episodes. Lot
of crap work being done. I'm glad someone is going
after the bad apples.

Wonder why they didn't duck tape over the sewer
pipes, or stuff em with fiberglass? Thread a cap
on, more pricey than a hit of duck tape. Just some
way to plug the tube. Stuff in a bunch of plastic
shopping bags.
