Hold the bottle over your head, behind your neck and pull the bottle and cap apart by pretending to pull along the line of your shoulders, parallel to your shoulders, and I couldn't believe how easy it was to just apply a little pull and pop! comes right off. Before that I was pulling them apart in front of me and believe me THAT is not an easy task. Can't believe how weak the muscles are in that direction. And, how strong the muscles are in that 'weird' position! |
