You keep doing that to end up with much more acid in your stomach and
will result in an ulcer. Acid problem is a result of incomplete
digestion due to lack of pancreatic multiple enzyme and/or gall bladder
bile. It could be early sign of becoming diabetic. Improve
digestion by all means, don't try to neutralize acid(very dumb thing to
do to relieve symptom, deal with the cause of the problem)

Lemon as well as apple cider vinegar is alkaline. Acid problem is caused
by incomplete digestion in the duodenum. Doctors are good
at treating the symptom rather than the cause. I came across few
people who developed stomach ulcer(some bleeding ulcer) due to long
term use of such prescription.

Hi.
Cause of heart burn has two causes ; too high or low acid level in the
stomach. Normal hydrochloric acid level there is between Ph 3 and 4.
When you have a heart burn, take some lemon juice, if it gets worse
there was low acid. If it gets better then there was too much acid.
This is folk remedy coming down generations. Now we know better of what
to do.

I had scary chest pains for over a year and discovered they were caused
by Naproxen Sodium, so when talking with my doctor he suggested the one
40mg Pantoprazole tablet every morning with the handful of pills I take
every morning as a preventative measure because acid reflux can also
cause severe chest pains. I still run out of breath and strength in my
legs but I don't have the scary chest pains anymore. o_O
