I knew for years it had high ratings for retirement. Cold pa. Region. Ever hear of the johnstown flood ? One thing bad about average home price average ratings, is the size and quality, and age. It's a low income rust belt area with high unemployment. There are lots of old people, disabled people, and people who don't have enough ambition and/or intelligence to get out. That's why the income and home prices are so low. You would probably fit in perfectly and be very happy there. |
