I'd have to look up the stats for Johnstown. I knew for years it had high
ratings for retirement. Cold pa. Region. Ever hear of the johnstown flood ?

One thing bad about average home price average ratings, is the size and
quality, and age.

It's a low income rust belt area with high unemployment. There are lots of
old people, disabled people, and people who don't have enough ambition
and/or intelligence to get out. That's why the income and home prices are
so low.

You would probably fit in perfectly and be very happy there.
