But if there was nothing, what would make the big bang?

Thou shalt have faith and believe in science.

Those who accept science into their heart (and other organs) will spend
eternity in the glorious kingdom of heaven. Those who don't will roast
in hell for all time.

And if want a front row seat in heaven, don't forget to tithe the
science department of your local university.

So how do you picture a dome as the atmosphere around a spherical earth? A
dome shape could easily cover something that is flat.

It's nothing but a visual reference to a curved surface that is distant and
encompasses the space that you can see.
Were you standing on the inside surface of a sphere, or at any point inside
a sphere, no matter your orientation, the wall of that sphere that
encompasses you is a "dome".

A person who chooses to "believe" is not a "bible thumper"! And ANYONE
who uses the term is a biased idiot wrapping us "all" in a convenient,
nonsensical word.

Many assume that people thousands of years ago didn't have the same
capacity to think as we have...were the "Great Thinkers" of their day
freaks? No, they were not!

Many elevate and isolate themselves with earthly things and become
more separated from the truth of an afterlife.

Really ?
Maybe because I don't use Dictionary for Dummies, the way you do.
I'll also point out the usage of "dome" for for shapes that are NOT
spherical, or that are less than half a sphere..
A dome is NOT about the base of the dome, it's a bout the curved portion
that encompasses the space.
Once your get your (small) mind around that, you will note how limited your
definition actually is.

The USA society is being attacked, by forces of evil. The dark side wants to
drive people out of church, and break up the family. While I do have my
preference of church, I do recognize that many Christian and Jewish
congregations do much good for the society. Helping raise boys into men, and
girls into women.

The modern society appears to wish women to pop out *******s every two
years, never have a man in the house more than a few hours at a time (and a
quickie fornication for another kid). Of course, this violates many of the
commandments of God (as recorded in the Old Testament.)

Been a lot of years, but I remember liking a lot of the "Oath Keepers"
