Default Can't find Medicine chest with wiring

I have been searching for a medicine chest that comes with intergrated
wiring for an outlet and a switch for lights, and can't seem to find
one. The store i went to says they don't make them like that
anymore..have to add your own lighting and switch. The prices they are
asking for seem rediculous for a medicine chest ..anywhere from 49$ to
650$

They are probably right, but unless you have to have a period-correct
bathroom, so what? Put an old-work box above it for a light, and run a
leg down to counter level for a switch, and another for a GFCI outlet.
The new electrical parts will cost you less than 50 bucks. For the
medicine cabinet, including maybe one with built-in or repairable
wiring, if your budget or sensibility won't tolerate the prices at the
big-box or fancy places, try Habitat ReStore- they almost always have a
whole row of bathroom ripout fixtures.
