I have no use for organized
religion of any flavor, and I think ALL sides in the mid-east are
acting like idiots. But as to here in CONUS- if citizens or legal
residents who happen to follow a particular religion want to build a
church/mosque/temple or whatever, and they can come up with the money,
and it doesn't violate zoning or other local laws, well, who gives a
rip?


got news for ya;Islam is NOT a "religion of peace".

Islam is not "just a religion",it's a complete poltical system(Sharia),and
one that is extremely oppressive and warlike.
ALL Muslims are commanded to wage jihad,either actively or through
Dawa,support of active jihadists.
If you examine the published comments of this Imam Rauf,you will see that
this mosque is intended to be a base of operations in the US for the
purpose of waging jihad against the US,by both active and passive means.
Rauf is closely linked to Islamic terror groups.

Plus,there's the belief that the $100 million will come from terrorist
affiliated organizations.

If you favor the American Way of life,you should oppose this mosque.
