Yes, syphon it with a garden hose. The lower you get the outlet the
more effective it will be so drag the other end off to a low spot in
your yard. Or a garden you would like to water. The drill pumps are
generally worthless and most drills are not designed for 100% duty
cycle of any prolonged period.

Go to a farm implement store or feed store and see if they have some
agricultural siphon tubing. Probably empty your pool overnight.
