I can't believe nobody knows anything about vent-free gas log sets. A big

What is your QUESTION?

I have had one for more then 15 years. Use it to heat 1150 sq ft house. Works
great. Understand though that my house is 53 years old and windows do leak.
Ventilation is key. Also remember they do produce water vapor. We have never had
a problem with this. But is something to keep in mind.

Ok. I found your original question from November 19, 2008. I do not believe you
can convert them. Not only are the sensors different, but I believe the burners
are also different.

Vanguard sells 18 inch logs and Peterson sells 16 inch vent free.
