At lowes and HD there seems to bea chalk for alsmost everything but what I need. *I need to seal aluminum w/ a white surface to brick or mortar. *Which chalk should I use? Is there a chalk out there that is the color of mortar that is a[[lied between brick? Thanks, Jack home depot has over in the brick/concrete/mortar section, caulking gun size tubes of mortar repair or similar named stuff, which is actually mostly silicone rubber or something but colored gray and with some sand in it for texture so it looks like mortar. the tube is kind of brownish red, and the end of the nozzle has a square hole with a square tab sticking out for making a nice smooth bead. (as you can tell, i've used it lately) works nicely. easier to work with for just filling cracks and gaps than real mortar is. |
