how likely a thrown circuit-breaker does NOT show red?
The question comes down to: none of them shows red, none is clearly
positioned differently from any other one on the board -- yet a circuit (upstairs) is dead. What might be the problem? How to troubleshoot it? Thanks! David |

What might be the problem? How to troubleshoot it? This problem has been discussed many times in this group. Do a search. There may be a broken or burnt off wire somewhere. A loose connection. A bad circuit breaker. It could even be something as simple as a tripped GFI receptacle if it is a bathroom or outdoor circuit. You would need to starting taking things apart to find the problem beginning with your circuit breaker panel. |

Just flip all the breakers off then on and see if it resets. |
