Dryness of Clapboards Prior To Painting ?
Hello:
How "critical" is it for the Cedar clapboards to be absolutely dry prior to putting on new Latex paint (oil primer is already on) ? If they are a "bit" damp due to a recent rainfall, is that O.K., or must they really be 100 % dry first ? Thanks, B. |
