They have mandated low-flow shower heads and water saving toilets, neither
of which work worth a **** (pun intended). Did you ever notice that there
are almost NO technical folks in Congress? Even the FCC, which should be
staffed by competent engineers and scientists, is run by lawyers and
mindless bureaucrats. We are doomed!
