I don't know about this guy, but I'm sure sometimes people can read
and post to some ngs but think they are unable to receive or send
posts from a specific ng. So it's not unreasonable for them to test
to a specific ng.

I would also guess it is possible technically for one ng to be
operating differently from others, at least on someone's isp or
service.

So tests that are labeled test don't bother me.
