Why spend the money? All you have to do is show up and have more work than
you can handle. Seems to me you are trying to make a buck using the people
in desperate need. Reputable contractors don't have to advertise in that
area.

The only contractor that would need this service in that area would be
a contractor that the BBB sent them a notice that they were not listing
them anymore because of the number of complaints they are receiving and
it is over loading their data files of the computor.

the type advertisement in that area is to call the city hall of any
town or city you want to work in and get the licences and permitts
straight to do work there and then you will be over run with calls when
the people call the city hall to find out who does what type work in
