Default VCR Problem

Tapes are frequently being pinched in both play and record modes, but
it's happening on both machines. Could this be a tape problem? Not
likely that both VCRs would be screwing up at the same time. Thanks

You may have transferred dirt or something sticky from one VCR to another
using a particular tape

Clean the heads using a head cleaner tape that uses a wet cleaning solution.
If that dosen't work, take the cover off and clean all the rollers and play
and record heads with a Qtip and Isopropyl alcohol (not rubbing alcohol) or
denatured alcohol
