Default Winter parking regulations

During the winter months there is NO parking at all on the street at night
from 9 pm until 6am.

Our town used to have that. A few years ago they decided to change it to
when a snow warning was forecast. Seems to work well.

oh, well, it snows here too much.

Yeah - can't imagine that working out here either. We need about three inches
before even a snow advisory is issued by NWS, we also get ice. Best to have
folks just not parkin the street, much better to have the regulation clear. In
my town, cars don't park in the street from Nov. 1 to April 15. We've gotten
significant snows before and after that.
