Since you didn't say where you are, I am going to assume you are just
outside of Mexicali and are going to use Ocatillo, which makes a great
fence.

You should be able to do it yourself for less than 50 cents a running
foot. If you choose to gather the materials yourself, it would be
much cheaper.

100x or more in price.

A big factor is where you live. Figure out what kind of fence you want,
measure how long it needs to be, and call someone in the local phone
book as ask "About how much would it cost to put in X feet of Y fencing?"

We just had an 8' tall wooden privacy fence built on part of our
side-yard. It's just shy of 100 feet long. Installed it was $1780.
We live in North Georgia.

So there's one, mostly useless no doubt, benchmark.
