Since you didn't say where you are, I am going to assume you are just
outside of Mexicali and are going to use Ocatillo, which makes a great
fence.

You should be able to do it yourself for less than 50 cents a running
foot. If you choose to gather the materials yourself, it would be
much cheaper.
