If you've dealt with United Parcel Services delivery, you know how bad
their service is. Customer complaints go ignored from the head of this bad company, Mike Eskew. They publish a "Code of Conduct" on their web site. Apparently, that is there so they don't really have to deal with customer complaints. Just another phoney CEO who will probably get a big bonus for his bad management. |
