info on Amway ? or other MLMs ? please

I am trying to figure out what are the percentages of Amway's
downline. How do they pay all the different players in a group ? How
is it split ? How is it split as the group grows ?

I went to Amway's site, there is no info on it.

Does anyone have this info on Amway or on any other MLMs ?
