112 Winspear Ave. House right behind UB South Parker lot and between Main
St. and Bailey so def. walking distance to UB and all of Main st. bars and
shops. I need up to 4 people for this 5 bedroom house for upstairs and
downstairs. Excellent condition and rent is only $170-190 depending which
room you want. Has a 8 car drive way and nice back yard. Utilities are
