I am looking for those 3-pronged plastic/rubber buckles used to secure
handbags, sandals, etc. My shoulder bag is secured with these, but one
of the prongs in both broke off; now the buckle is not secure. I need
to replace just these; not the other slot piece they go into.

Go to a fabric shop that suppliies home sewers
of clothing, luggage, upholstery etc.
