Recently I am in the market for buying house in the range of 150K. I
missed some of the house for just $3000. Because seller cannot afford
$10000 agent fee. So he is stuck to his price.

Although there are many agents available where internet listing could
be done for $500-1000, many are not taking the advantages of those
listing to sell their houses.

Perhaps because they want to actually *market* their house,
rather than simply list it for sale and hope someone buys it?

Or because people want to hire a professional negotiator to fend
off lowball offers?
