Programmer for Eprom 25 serie (SPI)

Hi All!
I'm looking for a programmer for a eprom 25 serie, in particular
25LC640 which is a SPI Eprom.
Can you give me some link where to find someone who send a programmer
for this kind of eprom or, at least, somewhere I can find a schematic
of it?
