TMS2732A EPROM Programming problem

I have an older Programmer that handles 2716 up to 271001 Eproms. I usually
program 2732's 2764's.
I just got a bunch of TMS2732a and my programmer seems to error out on
these. One of the guys here sent me a datasheet for the TMS2732A and I
checked out the pinouts on these compared to the HM2732 that I normally use.
They appear to be identical. Is there anything that you guys know of that
can help me program these?
