To ensure the numbers are back to resetted zero, (even removing the account
and adding it may not do this) you have to go to the maintenence window and
click each button from top to bottom, then back up to top, and back to
bottom, do this until the numbers are zero. Then you can bobbin your
heading.

Remaining in the idx even when you have to recount up, either even a whole
idx file name or some left in a prior same group idx file, they will be lend
in dissapeared own that. The other button near going to maintennce is the
store folder, I always keey it GUID, globaly Unique Id where it shows when
it weight in the best tend cookie jar OS at then.

You can make a folder in your e-mail folders and copy messages to it to
store in your idx palette with out having all the trouble of the group
changes you might try and get incorrect. Those folders help done too yours.
